PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI UPT TPAS TAMANGAPA KOTA MAKASSAR

This study aims to determine the work environment, to determine the performance and to determine the effect of the work environment on the performance of employees in the Office of UPT TPAS Tamangapa Makassar City. The type of research used is quantitative. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and literature. The data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive statistics using the SPSS application. The population is 70 and the sampling technique uses a saturated / census sample technique. The results of this study indicate that the analysis of work environment variables is in the good category of 72.2% and the variable analysis of employee performance is in the good category of 70.7%. As well as this study shows that it has an influence on the performance of employees in the Office UPT TPAS Tamangapa City of Makassar at 69.6% and 30,4% is influenced by factors that exist in the employee itself.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lingkungan kerja, untuk mengetahui kinerja dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor UPT TPAS Tamangapa Kota Makassar. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif. Teknik Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner dan kepustakaan. Data tersebut dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Populasi sebanyak 70 dan Teknik Pengambilan Sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh/sensus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis variabel lingkungan kerja berada dalam kategori baik sebesar 72,2% dan analisis variabel kinerja pegawai berada dalam kategori baik sebesar 70,7%. Serta penelitian ini menunjukkan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor UPT TPAS Tamangapa Kota Makassar sebesar 69,6% dan 30,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor – faktor yang ada pada pegawai itu sendiri.
