Kolaborasi: Jurnal Administrasi Publik (KJAP) upholds rigorous standards of scholarly publishing by promoting integrity, accountability, and transparency throughout the editorial process. Every manuscript submitted to the journal is carefully evaluated through a structured peer-review system to ensure its originality, methodological rigor, and contribution to the advancement of public administration, particularly in the context of collaborative governance, public service innovation, and contemporary governance practices. The journal adopts a double-blind peer review model, ensuring that both authors and reviewers remain anonymous in order to maintain fairness, objectivity, and impartiality in the evaluation process.

The journal exclusively considers manuscripts that are original, unpublished, and not under review by other publication outlets. Authors bear full responsibility for the authenticity, validity, and accuracy of their work, including appropriate citation practices and adherence to academic writing standards. To uphold academic integrity, all submissions are subject to similarity checks using plagiarism detection tools. Manuscripts identified as containing plagiarism, data falsification, or any form of academic misconduct will be rejected without further review.

KJAP places strong emphasis on ethical research practices, especially in studies involving public institutions, communities, and vulnerable groups. Authors are expected to uphold ethical principles by ensuring informed consent where applicable, respecting confidentiality, and demonstrating sensitivity to social, cultural, and institutional contexts. The journal encourages scholarly contributions that promote public value, inclusivity, participatory governance, and cross-sector collaboration in public administration.

The editorial process is conducted independently and adheres to the principles of academic freedom and editorial responsibility. Decisions regarding manuscript acceptance are based solely on scholarly merit, methodological soundness, relevance to the journal’s scope, and contribution to theoretical and practical development in public administration. The journal applies a non-discriminatory policy and does not consider authors’ institutional affiliation, nationality, gender, or personal beliefs in the decision-making process. Any potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed transparently and will be managed in accordance with established ethical standards.

As part of its commitment to knowledge dissemination, KJAP operates under an open-access policy, ensuring that all published articles are freely accessible without financial or legal barriers. This approach aims to enhance the visibility, accessibility, and impact of research findings, particularly in advancing the discourse of collaborative and inclusive public administration at both national and global levels.
