    This issue features six articles on digital governance, e-government, and public service innovation in Indonesia. The contributions examine Digital Population Identity (IKD) governance, SP4N-LAPOR complaint services, good governance in public service delivery, population administration digitalization, e-government implementation, and digital licensing services within smart city initiatives. Collectively, these studies contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure), SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions), by advancing digital transformation, strengthening public institutions, and improving citizen-centered public services.
