مجلد 7 عدد 2 (2026)This issue features six articles on digital governance, e-government, and public service innovation in Indonesia. The contributions examine Digital Population Identity (IKD) governance, SP4N-LAPOR complaint services, good governance in public service delivery, population administration digitalization, e-government implementation, and digital licensing services within smart city initiatives. Collectively, these studies contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure), SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions), by advancing digital transformation, strengthening public institutions, and improving citizen-centered public services.

The contributions explore the implementation of civil servant discipline policies, the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, the effectiveness of e-government through the Ferizy application, the role of social media in enhancing youth voter participation in local elections, and the implementation of Muhammadiyah education management policies. Collectively, these studies contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals), by promoting effective governance, institutional performance, democratic participation, and policy implementation.
