Efficacy Journal

Indonesian Journal of Matrimonial and Family Law is a scientific publication medium dedicated to disseminating research findings in the fields of Matrimonial and Family Law, Customary Law, and Islamic Family Law in the Indonesian context. The journal is published by Family Law Study Program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar, and is specifically designed to publish student research results. Indonesian Journal of Matrimonial and Family Law is issued two times a year (January and June). The Editorial Team of the Indonesian Journal of Matrimonial and Family Law invites researchers in the field of Indonesian family law, both from statutory and customary perspectives, to submit their most recent research findings for publication in the journal.

Before Submit

Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere at the time of submission to Indonesian Journal of Matrimonial and Family Law. Authors should ensure that the submitted manuscript has been prepared using the Efficacy Template. The manuscript must also have been proofread with a similarity check using Turnitin. Reference writing must use citation manager tools such as Mendeley, Zotero, EndNote, RefWorks, BibTeX, and so on. Any manuscript that does not meet the author guidelines, focus and scope, is written in a different format, or does not fulfill administrative requirements will be rejected immediately. Only manuscripts that meet the standards of Indonesian Journal of Matrimonial and Family Law will be processed further.
