Model Halaqah Reflektif Berbasis Nilai Karakter Keislaman Untuk Penguatan Lifelong Learning dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam
DOI: https://doi.org/10.26618/4d3w3j22
Abstract

Abstract
Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in senior high schools has not yet systematically fostered a lifelong learning (LLL) orientation, even though Islamic values such as thalab al-'ilm, muhasabah, and istiqamah hold significant potential as its foundation. This study develops and tests the Reflective Halaqah Model using a Design-Based Research (DBR) approach involving six PAI teachers, 34 students, and three expert validators. The model was validated with a Content Validity Index (CVI = 0.92) and piloted over five weeks at a public senior high school in Depok. Results showed improvement across all LLL indicators, with the highest gain in lifelong learning orientation (+0.94 on a 1–5 Likert scale). This model introduces the construct of faith-based lifelong learning, which operationalizes Islamic values as the foundation of self-regulation and autonomous motivation in PAI learning, while simultaneously responding to the demands of the Merdeka Curriculum and the Pancasila Student Profile.
