PENGARUH MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS KUIS INTERAKTIF WORDWALL TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS DAN LOGIS MAHASISWA PADA MATA KULIAH STATISTIKA

Tujuan: Kemampuan berpikir dalam penelitian ini didefinisikan sebagai kemampuan mahasiswa dalam: (a) berpikir kritis (mengidentifikasi asumsi dan bias), (b) berpikir logis (menarik kesimpulan secara valid), (c) menganalisis data (menginterpretasi tabel dan grafik), serta (d) memecahkan masalah (menentukan strategi penyelesaian). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh media pembelajaran matematika berbasis game online dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir mahasiswa Teknik Informatika pada mata kuliah Statistika.
Metode: Data dikumpulkan melalui tes kemampuan berpikir sebelum dan sesudah penerapan media pembelajaran berbasis game online dan menggunakan uji paired sample t test, serta observasi terhadap aktivitas belajar mahasiswa.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran matematika berbasis game online memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan berpikir mahasiswa. Mahasiswa menjadi lebih aktif dalam memecahkan masalah, mampu menganalisis data dengan lebih baik, serta menunjukkan peningkatan dalam kemampuan berpikir kritis dan logis. Selain itu, media pembelajaran berbasis game online juga meningkatkan motivasi dan minat belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Statistika.
Simpulan: Media pembelajaran matematika berbasis game online efektif digunakan sebagai alternatif strategi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir mahasiswa Teknik Informatika pada mata kuliah Statistika. Oleh karena itu, dosen disarankan untuk mengintegrasikan media pembelajaran berbasis game online dalam proses pembelajaran guna mendukung tercapainya hasil belajar yang optimal.
