SIGMA: Jurnal Pendidikan Matematika is a scholarly journal published by the Mathematics Education Study Program, Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. This journal serves as a platform for the dissemination of research findings and scientific studies in the field of mathematics education. Its primary aim is to promote the advancement of knowledge and innovation in teaching, learning, curriculum development, educational technology, and professional development of mathematics teachers across various educational levels.
SIGMA: Jurnal Pendidikan Matematika publishes articles employing diverse research methodologies, including quantitative, qualitative, mixed methods, research and development (R&D), and classroom action research (CAR). The journal welcomes contributions from researchers, academics, teachers, students, and education practitioners who seek to publish scholarly work relevant to mathematics education.
This journal is accredited by SINTA 4 and is published biannually, in June and December. All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process to ensure academic rigor and significant contribution to the development of mathematics education. The journal is indexed in Sinta, Google Scholar, Garuda, and several other scholarly databases, reflecting its commitment to enhancing the visibility and impact of academic publications.
