Abstract

This study aimed to determine the Implementation of the People’s Business Credit Program. People’s Business Credit aims to  improve people’s welfare and living standards through the development of UMKM. This study used  qualitative descriptive. It meant the researcher intended to provide an overview of the Implementation Of the People’s Business Credit Program in Alla District of Enekang Regency with 9 informants, data sources were primary data and secondary data. The results of this study showed that the people’s business credit program worked well with evidence that community satisfaction was achieved in the people’s business credit program in Alla Bistrict of Enrekang Regency and the service quality had gone well as the procedure had been applied even though there was a little need to be addressed so that the services provided to the community was satisfied with the people’s Business Credit Program.

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Program Kredit Usaha Rakyat. Kredit Usaha Rakyat bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan taraf hidup masyarakat melalui pengembangan UMKM. Tipe penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Dasar penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif yaitu peneliti bermaksud untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai Implementasi Program kredit Usaha Rakyat Di Kecamatan Alla Kabupaten Enrekang dengan informan 9 orang, sumber data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program kredit usaha rakyat  berhasil berjalan dengan baik dengan bukti bahwa adanya kepuasan masyarakat yang tercapai dalam program kredit usaha rakyat di Kecamatan Alla Kabupaten Enrekang dan pada kulalitas pelayanan sudah berjalan dengan baik sebagaimana prosedur yang sudah berlaku walaupun ada sedikit yang perlu dibenahi agar pelayanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat bisa lebih maksimal, namun terlepas dari itu masyarakat sudah merasa puas dengan adanya program Kredit Usaha Rakyat.

Kata Kunci: Implementasi Program Kredit Usaha Rakyat.
