This issue features five articles examining public administration, organizational management, digital governance, political participation, and education policy in Indonesia. The contributions explore the implementation of civil servant discipline policies, the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, the effectiveness of e-government through the Ferizy application, the role of social media in enhancing youth voter participation in local elections, and the implementation of Muhammadiyah education management policies. Collectively, these studies contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals), by promoting effective governance, institutional performance, democratic participation, and policy implementation.
