This issue features five articles examining public administration, organisational management, digital governance, political participation, and education policy in Indonesia. The contributions explore the implementation of civil service discipline policies, the influence of organisational culture on employee performance, the effectiveness of e-government through the Ferizy application, the role of social media in enhancing first-time voter participation in local elections, and the implementation of Muhammadiyah educational management policies. Collectively, these studies contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals), by promoting effective governance, strengthening institutional performance, encouraging democratic participation, and supporting the successful implementation of public policies.
