About the Journal

Journal of Muhammadiyah’s Application Technology (JUMPTECH) is an Open Access, peer-reviewed online scientific journal published three times a year, in February, June, and October, by the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar, Indonesia. The journal is registered under e-ISSN 3031-3082 .

JUMPTECH provides a platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, professionals, and observers to publish original research findings, applied studies, reviews, and scientific discussions in engineering and related fields. All articles published are instantly and permanently accessible online to everyone without charge.

The journal focuses on publishing manuscripts within the following areas:

Before submitting a manuscript to JUMPTECH, authors must ensure full compliance with the journal's guidelines and ethical standards.

Submission Checklist

• The manuscript is original, has not been published, and is not under consideration elsewhere.
• The topic falls within the official Focus and Scope of JUMPTECH.
• The manuscript strictly adheres to the official Manuscript Template.
• Written in Bahasa Indonesia, with titles, abstracts, and keywords provided in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Plagiarism check (e.g., Turnitin) shows a maximum similarity index of 20% (excluding references).
• Authors are highly encouraged to use reference managers like Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote.
