Upaya Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPA Fisika Melalui Model Pembelajaran CIRC (Cooperative Interated Reading and Composition) Pada Peserta Didik KelaS VIII SMP Negeri 1 Bontonompo Kabupaten Gowa

Abstract


Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan skor hasil belajar fisika siswa kelas VIIISMP Negeri 1 Bontonompo Kabupaten Gowa, subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Bontonompo sebanyak 26 orang yang terdiri dari 9 orang siswa laki-laki dan 17 orang siswa perempuan dengan pokok bahasan gaya,Hukum Newton dan Pesawat Sederhana. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan II siklus pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes hasil belajar fisika dan observasi, data dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif,hasil yang diperoleh setelah diadakan tindakan berupa penerapan model pembelajaran CIRC (Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition yaitu siklus I diperoleh skor rata-rata 60 dengan standar deviasi 18,57 ini termasuk kategori rendah, setelah dilakukan perbaikan maka peneliti melanjutkan kesiklus II  dan diperoleh skor rata-rata hasil belajar 74 dengan standar deviasi 10,31 dan ini termasuk kategori sedang. Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan adanya penerapan model pembelajaran CIRC (Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition) ada peningkatan skor hasil belajar fisika siswa kelas VIIIa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran CIRC (Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition) mengalami peningkatan.

This type of research is a classroom action research (classroom action research) which aims to improve learning outcomes physics scores eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Bontonompo Gowa, the subject of this study is the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Bontonompo as many as 26 people consisting of 9 the male students and 17 female students to the subject of style, Newton's Law and Aircraft Simple. This research was conducted II cycle of data collection is done by using the test results to learn physics and observations, the data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, the results obtained after the application is held in the form of action learning model CIRC (Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition ie cycle I gained an average score of 60 with a standard deviation of 18.57 this is low, after repair, the researchers went kesiklus II and obtained an average score of learning outcomes 74 with a standard deviation of 10.31 and this includes the middle category. From the analysis it can be concluded that with the implementation of the model learning CIRC (Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition) there is an increase in scores physics student learning outcomes VIIIA class taught by learning model CIRC (Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition) increased.
