Peningkatan Prestasi Siswa Melalui Kompetensi Guru dan Budaya Kolaboratif
Abstract
Abstract. Education is one of the means to improve the ability of human resources. For this reason, teachers with all their abilities play an important role in achieving educational success. A culture based on cooperation in the school environment is something that needs to be applied to deal with changes that occur in order to support the achievement of educational goals. This study aims to analyze the role of collaborative culture and teacher competence in an effort to increase student success. The research respondents were elementary, middle and high school teachers Budi Luhur Tangerang. A saturated sample of 50 teachers was taken considering that there were several teachers who did not meet the criteria to be sampled. Regression analysis is used with the help of SPSS software to analyze the data. The results showed that collaborative culture and teacher competence, both simultaneously and partially, had a significant positive effect on student achievement

Abstrak. Pendidikan merupakan salah satu sarana untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sumber daya manusia. Untuk itu guru dengan segala kemampuannya berperan penting dalam mencapai keberhasilan pendidikan. Budaya yang berbasis kerja sama di lingkungan sekolah menjadi sesuatu yang perlu diterapkan untuk menghadapi perubahan yang terjadi agar mendukung tercapainya tujuan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran budaya kolaboratif dan kompetensi guru dalam upaya peningkatan keberhasilan siswa. Responden penelitian adalah guru SD, SMP dan SMA Budi Luhur Tangerang. Sampel jenuh sebanyak 50 guru diambil mengingat ada beberapa guru yang tidak memenuhi kriteria untuk dijadikan sampel. Analisis regresi digunakan dengan bantuan software SPSS untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya kolaboratif dan kompetensi guru, baik secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap prestasi siswa.
