Analisis Struktural Interpretatif untuk Merancang Transformasi Digital Pendidikan Tinggi di Indonesia

Abstract


Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) untuk merancang model yang akan digunakan dalam upaya transformasi digital pendidikan tinggi vokasi di Indonesia. Studi empiris dilakukan di Politeknik Negeri Bandung sebagai bagian dari pendidikan tinggi. Temuannya mengungkapkan bahwa Penemuan dan Penemuan, Desain Pembelajaran, Pengalaman Pelajar, serta Pekerjaan dan Pembelajaran Seumur Hidup merupakan elemen kunci yang saling terkait dalam konteks pendidikan kejuruan. Temuan ini memberikan panduan untuk mengoptimalkan program, strategi pemasaran, desain kurikulum, dan pengalaman pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan industri, daya saing lulusan, dan relevansi pendidikan dengan pasar kerja. Hasil penerapan ISM dan dampaknya dapat memberikan manfaat yang signifikan, termasuk peningkatan reputasi institusi, kepuasan mahasiswa, dan kontribusi positif terhadap perekonomian dan masyarakat Indonesia.
