Authors who publish in Ar-Ribh: Jurnal Ekonomi Islam agree to the following terms:

  1. Copyright Retention
    Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication. The work is simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), which permits others to share, adapt, and redistribute the work, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and source, and that any derivative works are distributed under the same license.

  2. Author’s Rights
    Authors are permitted to:

    • Share the published version of their work (e.g., deposit in institutional repositories, personal websites, or academic networks).

    • Reuse the content for teaching, conference presentations, and future scholarly works, provided proper acknowledgment of the original publication in this journal.

  3. Publisher’s Rights
    The Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar, as the publisher of Ar-Ribh: Jurnal Ekonomi Islam, is granted the right to publish the work and identify itself as the original publisher.

  4. Warranty
    Authors warrant that:

    • The submitted manuscript is original, has not been published elsewhere, and is not under consideration by any other journal.

    • The work does not infringe on any copyright, proprietary, or privacy rights.

    • All necessary permissions for the use of third-party materials (figures, tables, images) have been obtained.

  5. Open Access Policy
    This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

  6. Copyright Infringement and Ethical Misconduct
    In cases of copyright infringement, plagiarism, or ethical misconduct, the journal will follow the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines, which may include correction, retraction, or other appropriate actions.
