For developing countries, poverty is a problem that becomes homework for which a solution must be found. Several government programs that have been launched in the context of poverty alleviation need to be relied on more to be the solution to this problem, instead of being successful, the poverty rate in Indonesia is getting higher. In Islamic economics, zakat is a concentrated discourse as an alternative solution to the problem of poverty. The majority of Indonesia's Muslim population provides a great opportunity to achieve the mission of alleviating poverty. It is believed that the more Muslims are aware of the obligation to pay zakat, the greater the potential for zakat collected. Wise zakat management and fair and equitable distribution are certainly one of the conditions that must be met so that all levels of society can feel the function of zakat. This paper uses a literature approach and draws the conclusion that the potential for zakat in Indonesia reaches fantastic figures. Zakat can be used as an alternative solution to the problem of poverty in Indonesia. With professional management, the people of Indonesia must be optimistic that the poverty rate will soon be reduced.Asri JayaRahmawati MuinA Ifayani HaanuratAbdul Khaliq

https://journal.unismuh.ac.id/index.php/ar-ribh/article/view/12814

Consumers have become more sensitive to what they consume. Comprehensive information search and more accessible information acquisition will make it easier for consumers to make decisions. Social media is a supporting aspect for consumers in making decisions. Social media, which was previously used for personal communication, has now been used for communication in the broader business realm and plays a role as one of the supporters in the halal marketing process. The use of social media in marketing helps producers or sellers inform that the products being sold are halal products for Muslim consumers. Through social media, consumers can also easily obtain detailed information about a product before consumers make purchasing decisions. Halal marketing has become phenomenal in recent years because several products not in the form of food products have been branded as halal products. Products that are pioneers in halal branding include fashion and cosmetic products. This effort has altered the view that halal products are only limited to food products. This study used an interview method with 106 samples of productive age from several districts and cities in South Sulawesi Province. The results showed that 80% of the sample wanted cosmetic products to be halal to make purchasing decisions. In contrast, for fashion products, only 30% of the samples required the product to be halal to make a purchase decision.
Andi Rifqah Purnama AlamHendriadi HendriadiWisda Zulaeha SuwardiNurhidayati IslamiyahMonalisa Monalisa

https://journal.unismuh.ac.id/index.php/ar-ribh/article/view/12816
After the death of Rasulullah saw, the country's economic system, especially in economic matters, was taken over by the khulafaul Rashidun. There were four leading figures in this phase, namely Abu Bakar Assiddiq, Umar bin Khattab, Uthman bin Affan, and Ali bin Abi Talib. The caliphs carried out their government system based on the guidance of the Prophet Muhammad based on the Qur'an and Sunnah. The purpose of this study was to find out the policies among the caliphs in managing the country's economic problems, as well as the relevance of the economic system during the Khulafaul Rashidun era to modern times. This research is a "field research" using qualitative methods. The results of the study show that there are differences between the friends in implementing various economic policies both in terms of state revenues and the method of channeling or distributing state assets to solve economic problems. One of the influencing factors was the existence of new problems arising from the conditions, both in terms of revenue, regional and political, which were faced by each caliph in his government. Until the modern era, the Islamic economy continues to adapt to the conditions of the times so that the Islamic economy continues to exist in the future and become a compatible economic system.Kurniadi KurniadiMuh.
