This section should also clearly describe the research problem or hypothesis supported by relevant scholarly references. At the end of the introduction, the author should state the objective of the study or the purpose of the article. In the KYBERNOLOGY: Journal of Government Studies article format, the literature review is not presented as a separate section, but is integrated into the state of the art within the introduction.
