Abstract

This research aims to analyze the patterns of social interaction that occur within subsidized housing development projects, with a focus on the formation of local communities and environmental sustainability. The rapid growth of urban areas has significantly increased the demand for subsidized housing, which has become one of the key components of sustainable urban development strategies. However, the impact of unequal access to housing has generated complex social and economic consequences. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, in which the results or findings are not obtained through quantification, calculations, or numerical measurements. The findings indicate that subsidized housing development is not only intended to provide affordable housing for low-income communities but also has a significant impact on social interaction patterns within the community. Through this analysis, it is expected that a deeper understanding of the social dynamics involved in such projects can be achieved, thereby strengthening inclusive and sustainable development strategies.
