Aplikasi Pemberian Alga Pasta Nannochloropsis Dengan Dosis yang Berbeda terhadap Pertumbuhan Rotifera Brachionus Rotundiformis Skala Laboratorium

Abstract


Salah satu upaya agar pemberian alga pada kultur Brachionus rotundiformis menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien adalah dengan pemberian alga Nannochloropsis sp dalam bentuk pasta. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan dosis yang optimum terhadap pertumbuhan Rotifera jenis Brachionus rotundiformis skala Laboratorium dengan pemberian pakan alga pasta. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Agustus- September 2013 di Balai Budidaya Air Payau Takalar. Wadah yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ember bervolume 15 liter sebanyak 9 buah yang diisi  air laut  sebanyak 10 liter. Bibit Rotifera yang sudah disiapkan dimasukkan ke dalam media pemeliharaan  dengan kepadatan 15 ekor/ml. Pada penelitian ini, pemberian pakan berupa Nannocloropsis sp.  Rancangan yang  digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 3 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan Data yang diperoleh berupa pertumbuhan B. rotundiformis, Nilai rata-rata pertumbuhan relative B. rotundiformis selama penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pertumbuhan relative tertinggi pada perlakuan B ( 2 tetes) , kemudian perlakuan C (3 tetes) dan terendah pada perlakuan A (1 tetes). Hasil perhitungan pertumbuhan relatif B. rotundiformis selama penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan relatif dari setiap perlakuan berbeda-beda dan mengalami penurunan seiring dengan meningkatnya lama pemeliharaan. Analisis sidik ragam rata-rata pertumbuhan relatif B. rotundiformis (ind/ml) selama penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian Nannocloropsis sp. Dengan dosis yang berbeda berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap pertumbuhan relatif B. rotundiformis.

One of the efforts that the provision of algal cultures Brachionus rotundiformis become more effective and efficient is by giving Nannochloropsis sp algae in paste form. The purpose of this study was to determine the optimum dose of the growth Rotifera Brachionus types rotundiformis scale laboratory by feeding the algae paste. The research was conducted in August-September 2013 in Hall Takalar Brackish Water Aquaculture. The container used in this study is a 15 liter bucket volume as much as 9 units were filled with sea water as much as 10 liters. Rotifers prepared seedlings put into maintenance medium with a density of 15 fish / ml. In this study, feeding in the form of Nannocloropsis sp. The design used was completely randomized design (CRD) with three treatments and three replications Data obtained in the form of growth B. rotundiformis, average value B. rotundiformis relative growth during the study showed that on average the highest relative growth in treatment B (2 drops ), then C treatment (3 drops) and the lowest in the treatment of A (1 drop). The result of the calculation of the relative growth of B. rotundiformis during the study showed that the relative growth of each different treatment and decreased with the increase in the length of culture. Analysis of variance on average relative growth B. rotundiformis (ind / ml) during the study showed that giving Nannocloropsis sp. Different doses of the very significant effect on the relative growth B. rotundiformis.
