Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepercayaan Masyarakat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Labuang Baji Kota Makassar

Abstract


Kepercayaan masyarakat (public trust) terhadap layanan kesehatan merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam memastikan keberlanjutan dan kualitas pelayanan di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap Public Trust di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Labuang Baji Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh pasien sebanyak 98 responden. Analisis regresi linear sederhana digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dan Public Trust.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Public Trust, dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,516, yang berarti 51,6% variabilitas Public Trust dapat dijelaskan oleh kualitas pelayanan. Nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,965 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05) mengindikasikan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kedua variabel. Indikator kualitas pelayanan menunjukkan skor rata-rata yang sangat baik, mencerminkan kepercayaan masyarakat yang tinggi terhadap RSUD Labuang Baji.
Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya untuk mengintegrasikan variabel lain, seperti komunikasi pasien dan inovasi teknologi, untuk memperluas wawasan tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi Public Trust di sektor layanan kesehatan.
