Pengaruh Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning Terhadap Minat Dan Hasil Belajar

Abstract


This type of research is experimental research that aims to: (1) to know the students ' interest in learning (2) to learn students ' learning outcomes in biological learning. The population in this study is all students of grade X MIA SMA Negeri 3 Gowa and the sample consists of two classes, the experiment class is taught using the Problem Based learning model and the control class is taught using the learning model Directly selected using a random sapling technique in consideration that the students ' ability is assumed homogeneous. The data collected consists of student interest data and student learning data. The data collection techniques used are poll and tests which consist of pretests and posttest with data processing techniques of normality test, homogenity test, and hypothesis test. By using SPSS 22.0 for Windows program. In this study samples were used i.e. X class MIA 1 and X MIA 2 each class amounted to 35 students. The results showed that: (1) the implementation of the Problem Based Learning learning model in the virus material is carried out well. (2) the application of Problem Based Learning in the virus material in grade X students MIA 2 SMA Negeri 3 Gowa Ascendant is reviewed from the aspect of: (a) learning interest of students with an average of 64.63 experiment class respondents greater than the control class of 59.03. (b) The outcome of learning biology students with an average posttest score of 87.74 is greater than the average score of pretests 51.43. The Problem Based Learning learning Model affects student learning outcomes can also be noted from the average value difference of the experimental class and the control class of 4.903.
