Peer Review Process

Editorial and Publishing Process

1. Manuscript Submission

Authors submit manuscripts through the Online Submission System using the journal’s official template.
Each submission must be accompanied by supporting documents, including a statement of originality, authorship declaration, copyright agreement, and ethical compliance.

2. Initial Screening by Editor

The Editor-in-Chief conducts an initial screening to check completeness, formatting, and compliance with the journal’s scope, author guidelines, and ethical standards. Manuscripts that do not meet the requirements are returned to authors before further consideration.

3. Plagiarism Check (Turnitin)

All submitted manuscripts are screened using Turnitin plagiarism detection software.
Manuscripts exceeding the acceptable similarity threshold are rejected or returned to authors for revision.

4. Assignment to Section Editor

Manuscripts that pass the plagiarism check are forwarded to the Section Editor, who manages the peer review process and assigns appropriate reviewers based on expertise.

5. Peer Review by Reviewers (1, 2, and 3)

Manuscripts are reviewed under a Double-blind peer review system by at least two and up to three qualified reviewers. Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on originality, relevance, methodological rigor, clarity, validity of results, and adherence to ethical standards. Possible review outcomes include:

  • Accept as is

  • Accept with minor revisions

  • Accept with major revisions

  • Reject

6. Editorial Decision

Based on reviewer recommendations, the Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision. The decision is then communicated to the authors, who may be asked to revise their manuscripts within a specified timeframe.

7. Author Revision and Resubmission

Authors must carefully address reviewer comments and submit a revised manuscript. Revised manuscripts may undergo further review by the same reviewers or the editor if necessary.

8. Final Acceptance by Editor

Once the manuscript meets all academic, technical, and ethical requirements, the Editor-in-Chief formally accepts it for publication. The corresponding author receives an official acceptance letter.

9. Copyediting and Proofreading

The accepted manuscript undergoes professional language editing, copyediting, and layout formatting.
Authors are provided with galley proofs to review and approve prior to final publication.

10. Publication

The final version of the article is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) and published online in the respective issue (May or November). All published articles are immediately available under an open access license (CC BY-SA 4.0).

11. Post-Publication

Published articles are indexed in various national and international databases to maximize visibility.
The journal encourages post-publication engagement, including discussion, citation, and responsible academic contribution.
