MENGELOLA KEBERAGAMAN PEGAWAI DALAM KONFLIK INTERPERSONAL GUNA MENINGKATKAN PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN: STUDI KOMPARASI

Abstract


Keragaman karyawan ketika dikelola dengan tepat dapat berkontribusi pada organisasi untuk menciptakan organisasi yang lebih efektif dan produktif. Dengan demikian organisasi dapat bersaing dan menghadapi perubahan lingkungan yang dinamis. Pentingnya mengelola keragaman diperlukan bagi organisasi untuk beradaptasi dan bersaing dengan pesaing dalam situasi apa pun. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif sebagai metodologi, pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara terbuka dan alat analisis menggunakan teknik pengkodean. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa dengan mengelola konflik, terutama konflik yang disebabkan oleh keanekaragaman dapat menekankan produktivitas dan pencapaian organisasi. Meskipun hubungan antar-pribadi dan konflik antar-pribadi, dapat berpengaruh pada pencapaian pegawai yang lebih tinggi dari biasanya.
