Abstract
Kemampuan membaca teks berbahasa Arab merupakan salah satu keterampilan dasar yang wajib dimiliki mahasiswa, khususnya di perguruan tinggi Islam. Namun, pembelajaran membaca sering kali menghadapi kendala berupa rendahnya motivasi, keterbatasan kosakata, serta minimnya strategi pedagogis inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas penggunaan media digital interaktif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membaca teks Arab mahasiswa. Penelitian menggunakan desain kuasi-eksperimen dengan model pre-test–post-test control group. Sampel penelitian adalah 60 mahasiswa semester III Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok: eksperimen (menggunakan media digital interaktif) dan kontrol (pembelajaran konvensional). Instrumen penelitian berupa tes membaca, kuesioner motivasi, serta observasi keterlibatan belajar. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji-t dan analisis kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan kemampuan membaca mahasiswa pada kelompok eksperimen dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol (p < 0,05). Selain itu, mahasiswa kelompok eksperimen menunjukkan tingkat motivasi dan keterlibatan belajar yang lebih tinggi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa media digital interaktif efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca teks Arab, sehingga direkomendasikan untuk diintegrasikan ke dalam kurikulum pembelajaran bahasa Arab di perguruan tinggi.
