Perubahan Sel Rumput Laut Kappaphycus Alvarezii yang Dibudidayakan pada Kedalaman Berbeda
Abstract
Perubahan sel rumput laut Kappaphycus alvarezii yang dibudidayakan pada kedalaman berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perubahan sel jaringan rumput laut jenis K. alvarezii yang dibudidayakan pada kedalaman berbeda. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Takalar, menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan perlakuan kedalaman perairan 20 cm, 50 cm dan 100 cm, masing-masing dilakukan pengulangan 3 kali. Peubah yang diamati adalah perubahan sel rumput laut K. alvarezii pada kedalaman berbeda. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis ragam (Anova). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedalaman perairan tidak memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap perubahan sel rumput laut K. alvarezii. Perubahan sel rumput laut lebih cepat pada kedalaman 50 cm dari permukaan air laut.

Changes Kappaphycus alvarezii seaweed cells are cultured at different depths. This study aims to analyze changes in tissue cells seaweed K. alvarezii cultivated at different depths. This study was conducted in Takalar, using a completely randomized design with water depth treatment of 20 cm, 50 cm and 100 cm, respectively be repeated 3 times. The parameters measured were cell changes seaweed K. alvarezii at different depths. Furthermore, analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results showed that the depth of the water does not provide significant effect on cell changes K. alvarezii seaweed. Changes seaweed cells more rapidly at a depth of 50 cm from the surface of the sea.
