Pengaruh Perendaman 4 Jenis Daun Tanaman Terhadap Mortalitas Larva Nyamuk Culex Quinquefasciatus dan Implementasinya Pada Materi Protista Kelas X SMA

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of soaking 4 types of plant leaves on the mortality of Culex quinquefasciatus mosquito larvae, and to determine the four types of plant leaves that most influence the mortality of Culex quinquefasciatus mosquito larvae, and to determine the four types of plant leaves that affect the mortality of Culex quinquefasciatus mosquito larvae. can be used as teaching materials in the learning process of Protist Biology. The type of research used is experimental research using a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 4 treatments and 1 control. The sample is 20 Culex quinquefasciatus mosquito larvae. The data collection technique used is observation. Data analysis techniques used are mortality test, ANOVA test, and continued with the BNJ test. The results of this study showed that each treatment of the four leaf extracts affected the mortality of Culex quinquefasciatus mosquito larvae. Observation of the treatment of soursop leaf extract (Annona muricata L.) showed that at 24 hours there was 0.5% mortality, at 36 hours there was 0.95% mortality, and at 48 hours there was 1% death, so it can be concluded that the soursop leaf extract treatment (Annona muricata L.) greatly affected the mortality of Culex quinquefasciatus mosquito larvae which was marked by an increase in the percentage of larval mortality every hour. The results of this study are used as material for Biology learning activities for class X semester I SMA on basic competence protist material 4.6 presenting reports on the results of investigations about the various roles of protists in life.
