In Serang Regency, there are issues regarding the ineffective governance of village funds, characterized by the low quality of human resources for public services, lack of transparency and accountability, and insufficient community empowerment programs. This study aims to emphasize the urgency of improving the governance of village funds towards better governance in Serang Regency. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive method. Key informants come from relevant agencies in Serang Regency, the Inspectorate, and civil society organizations, with information gathered through observations and focused group discussions. The research findings indicate that only the dimensions of resource management and governance process are categorized as sufficient, while decision-making, collaboration with the private sector, and other governance principles still need improvement. In developing tourist villages, there needs to be collaboration between stakeholders. This article adopts the collaborative perspective of the Penta Helix model to discuss stakeholder interactions, highlight the level of success, and identify several problems in the development of the Pandean Tourism Village. This qualitative research uses a case study approach and visualises collective interactions between stakeholders, including the following: 1) Academic, 2) Business, 3) Community, 4) Government and 5) Media based on the Penta Helix model from Arif Yahya (2016). Data was collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and document review. The research results show that each of the five stakeholders has played a role according to their field in the development of the Pandean Tourism Village, but cooperation between the stakeholders is still not optimal. The data analysis is carried out, starting from reduction, presentation of data, verification and drawing conclusions. The results showed that human resource capacity development in the development of tourism villages in Pao Village had not gone well. Recruitment has not been good because there are no clear procedures, the training system for Tourism Village object managers is not sustainable, and the a lack of training support infrastructure. The Sekejati Post Office in Bandung City provides several services to the community, one of which is the PDAM bill payment service. In the service process for paying PDAM bills, it was found that there are still service support facilities that have been unable to operate properly. This study aims to determine how to provide bill payment services for PDAM Post Office Sekejati Delivery Center Bandung City. The research process was carried out using qualitative research methods where in-depth interviews and observation methods carried out the data collection process. This research aims to determine the effect of the independent variable X on the dependent variable Y and how strong the influence or relationship is. The research population consisted of all Investment and One-Stop Service Office employees of Aceh Tamiang Regency, totalling 39 people. Partially, organisational culture has no significant effect on performance. Partially, training does not have a significant effect on performance. Partially, compensation has a significant effect on performance. Simultaneously, organisational culture, training and compensation significantly influence the performance of the Aceh Tamiang District Investment and One-Stop Services Office employees. From the coefficient of determination, an R-value of 0.477 or 47.7% is obtained, which means that the relationship between performance and the independent variables, organisational culture, training and compensation is small. The R-Square value in this research is 0.227, which means 22.7% of the variation in performance is explained by the independent variables, namely organizational culture, training and compensation. Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Karawang berinisiasi melakukan relokasi untuk menata ulang pasar Rengasdengklok, namun proses relokasi mengalami berbagai penolakan pedagang terutama PKL. Penolakan para pedagang dengan alasan harga kios yang ditawarkan pihak ketiga kurang sesuai atau terlalu tinggi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kolaborasi antara Pemerintah Daerah, swasta dan para pedagang dalam tata kelola pasar dengan menggambarkan peran masing-masing. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, tehnik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian bahwa sarana prasarana yang disediakan di pasar baru belum siap dalam memenuhi kebutuhan para pedagang, serta harga kios yang ditetapkan terlalu tinggi. Kehadiran PKL yang tidak mengikuti ketentuan sewa juga dirasakan menjadi ketidakadilan bagi warga Ikatan Para Pedagang Rengasdengklok (IPPR). Peran sektor privat yaitu PT VIM menjadi dominan dalam pengelolaan pasar, sehingga para pedagang perlu mengeluarkan biaya lebih untuk memperoleh pelayanan agar kenyamanan pasar tetap di perhatikan PT VIM. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini ialah pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan informasi melalui observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan fokus grup diskusi<em> </em>(FGD). Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan enam (6) Standar Pelayanan yang akan diterapkan di Kantor Desa Kalebentang, termasuk pelayanan Surat Keterangan Tidak Mampu (SKTM), Surat Pengantar Catatan Kepolisian, Surat Keterangan Usaha (SKU), Surat Pengantar Kartu Keluarga, Surat Pengantar Kartu Tanda Penduduk, dan Surat Keterangan Jual Beli Tanah.
