is an associate professor at the Faculty of Social and Political Science (FISIP) at Diponegoro University. She was born on May 1, 1961, in Semarang. She is an alumna of the School of Business Administration at FISIP Diponegoro University (1985). She holds a Master’s degree in Agribusiness (1990) and a Doctor of Social Sciences (1996) from the Postgraduate Program at Padjadjaran University. She has been a FISIP lecturer at Diponegoro University since 1987, and has been active in teaching in several Master’s programs since 2000 and doctoral programs since 2003 at Diponegoro University. She actively writes articles in several journals and newspapers, entitled Political Education, Democracy, Elections, Regional Elections, Political Economy, Operational Research, The Role of Women Workers, Social Movements of Industrial Workers, and New Paradigms of the Education System. obtained 6 IPRs (intellectual property rights).
