MEDIA BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING DALAM PELAKSANAAN NEED-ASSESSMENT

Abstract


Abstact: The research used is qualitative research. This study uses a descriptive analysis research method. The type of data used is secondary data. The methods of collecting data in this study are observation, interviews and documentation and the data analysis process carried out in this study uses three steps, namely: data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The sophistication of today's technological media such as the internet, CDs, films, videos from you tube, multimedia percentages and so on will make it easier for counselors to present material to their students. As explained above, learning media that have been developed into guidance and counseling media are not only used in the process of providing guidance and counseling services, but can cover all aspects, starting from program planning, implementing guidance and counseling services and even evaluating the results of guidance. and counseling itself
